Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, as Spanish consumer law provides.

What we cannot take back

Under the same law, food that can spoil quickly, chilled and frozen products, and sealed food that has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives broken, leaking or missing, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will refund or replace it — you won't need to send it back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or wrong.
